Wonderful hotel with excellent service and magnificent location just off the nearby shopping mall which costed around 5 to 6 pounds for an overnight stay, and the rail station. Active staff and management. Nice food served, freshly cooked and hot breakfast. Suitable accommodation for holidays.
Beds were very poor.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the centre of town. The value for money was outstanding, with prices that couldn't be beat. The attention to detail was exceptional, from the clean and comfortable rooms to the friendly and helpful staff. I especially loved the basic amenities provided, like the soap and shower gel in easy dispensable containers. The location was perfect, just a short 8-minute walk from the rail station and right in the heart of Woking. The rooms also offered stunning views across the countryside, a lovely surprise. Lastly, the breakfast was absolutely delicious, exceeding my expectations.
All was wonderful, no improvements needed.

Staying at this hotel was a great decision. the location couldn't be more perfect: it's very close to the railway station and the town centre, and we could easily walk to the music venue for the gig we were attending that evening. the room itself was immaculate and the bathroom was spotless. the staff were friendly and polite, and the breakfast was one of the best we've had.
If I had to find a negative, it would be that the elevators were a bit slow, but it wasn't a big deal.

Great location! Just a quick walk from the theatre and close to lots of shops and restaurants. The bed was super comfortable and we slept really well. We also appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee facilities in the room.
The bathroom could have been cleaner, and we found some bits of dust around the room. The walls were a little scuffed up and could use a fresh coat of paint.
